All the salespeople were so friendly and helpful in helping to select the right Lincoln model for me and my wife. We finalized on an MKz and couldn't be happier and drove it home within a few hours. Great service and great people at Plaza Lincoln. I highly recommend Plaza and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I have always received excelle...
I have always received excellent service at Plaza Lincoln. Appointments are asy to make by phone or online, and a loaner has been available to lessen the inconvenience. Bobby was extremely busy the day of my appointment, but he got me checked in within minutes of arrival. It took longer to effect a repair, for which he was apologetic. Making a customer feel important is pretty important, and a detail I appreciate. Even in the chaos that day, I left Plaza feeling good about my experience.

Called for services in am for ...
Called for services in am for ER Service. Told to come in around 1:00 to check out my problem. Discovered an additional problem. Had the parts in stock. I asked how long I would have to wait for repairs. Time given close to time of repairs.

Absolutely best overall experience I've every had. Bobby and Russ are keepers! Outstanding customer interface with thorough explanations; all with the highest ethical standards to ensure I didn't spend more money than necessary. Our MKX was due for its 65,000 mile service and I informed Bobby that we're leaving soon for a 10,000 mile road trip and needed the car in shape to support it. I thought surely new tires, brakes, belts, hoses, etc. awaited me. Not the case, they ensured me I was good to go. I truly had the feeling they were looking out for my best interest and treated my car as if it was their own. Additionally, thanks so much for the loaner car that enabled me to take care of some social security issues at the Leesburg office while my car was being serviced; special thanks to Manario (sp?) for taking care of this. Started servicing our Lincoln MKT with Lincoln Plaza upon moving to The Villages in 2011 and have continued since, purchasing our MKX in 2013. We've always had great service but yesterday rose above to an outstanding level. Also big thank you to Christy (also a keeper) who efficiently downloaded my iPhone phone book. I had no clue. Through my experience, I know this level of customer service typically starts at the top, so kudos to Management for setting high expectations/standards. I can vouch that based on my experience yesterday, they're being implemented top down. See you at the next service. Mike.
