Gus Berendson was a great repr...
Gus Berendson was a great representative of your organization. He was not pushy as some sales people are. He understood what I was looking for and why and went the extra mile to present to me what would meet my needs. He knew details of the truck that I was interested in. Some sales people have no idea about the workings and details of the engines, etc. of what they are selling. Gus knew the vehicle better than most sales people. When I wanted to know about the torque of the engine he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me the facts. To me a sales person should know something about the vehicle he is selling and Gus did. When I had questions about something after I purchased the vehicle he made sure that my questions were answered. I feel like I could call him at anytime with any question and he would make sure it was answered. He was the type of person that makes you want to stop in, say hi, and drink a cup of coffee with. I am 68 years old and have bought new vehicles my whole life and I think he was the most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with.

I called and talked to Brian Chapman about a car l saw on line. That car had been sold. He asked me what I was looking for, so l told him. A week later he called me back and said he had a car for me to look at, so I did. Later that day l told him that l was interested in the car, but he would have to sell my wife, since we would be trading in her car. She saw the car and Brian convinced her. Kenneth and Frank were great didn’t take too long to do the deal on top of helping me cancelling my previous extended warranty. It was a pleasant experience all the way thru, everyone is very knowledgeable on their role at the dealership. I set up an appointment to drop off the Jeep on Saturday so it will be there on Monday morning. Then midday Monday im receiving a text informing that the Jeep is finished and repair is completed while being covered under warranty. Then was able to talk to the service writer about the repair and informed me that they could lock the vehicle out side so I can pick up after hours since coming from New Orleans. A spectacular dealership and a pleasure to do the business with y’all.

I had appointments for two vec...
I had appointments for two vechicles on separate days to do recalls on both along with normal maintenance,tire rotations ,and oil change on both. They were able to do both within a few hours the first day. I was extremely satisfied.

Brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler ...
Brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service took a little longer than usual - but the human resources techs came into the waiting room and explained that a new trainee rotating the tires forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires. When the vehicle was moved to be returned to the front, the tire wobbled and shifted. A senior mechanic was brought in to examine the tire and vehicle for damage. No damage was detected and the tire was fastened correctly. No harm - no foul! They could have said nothing and let me go on my way without ever knowing anything happened! I thought that was nice of them!!

Dawn seemed a little scattered...
Dawn seemed a little scattered when I brought my car in on Wednesday morning. She kept blaming the fact that her Ipad wasn't working correctly and that they were very busy. When I called to see about bringing my vehicle in (recall on the cruise control), I was told to just bring it in and it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to repair. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 and by 11:30 had not heard back. When I called to check on it, I was told that it wasn't ready. Roger then called me back and told me he was going to take care of it and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I will definitely not let Dawn take care of my vehicle in the future.

My experience was great, I got in a got out quick which I think is the most important thing. I got an oil change, so it wasn't anything to difficult and the service worker advised me that I need a new tire key. Good overall experience, but, I have no friends with Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep vehicles.

I was very pleased with the service at Salsbury.. We were traveling through Baton Rouge and I had a water pump issue on my Challenger. called another Dodge service department in Denham Springs because I was closer to that dealer, I was told it would be a week before they could look at my car. I then brought the car into Salsbury and the kind and courteous staff got my pump replaced and oil changed, had me on the road the next day.... Very pleased!!!! Great communication with staff.

The only complaint I have is I come in and buy a expensive truck and can't even get a spray in liner for the truck. I asked for one and it wasn't even considered. I asked how much it would be to get one and was told around 500 dollars. Asking for a 500 dollar liner for a 60,000 truck I just bought doesn't sound like much.

I originally came into the dealership on a Saturday to shop for a new car, however due to a few tribulations I wasn’t able to drive away in a new car. I was very disappointed and felt defeated. However the dealer I had was very understanding and compassionate. He held the 2018 versa for me over the weekend. Monday afternoon came and I was able to drive away in my brand new car. I enjoyed and appreciated my salesman. I did not enjoy my timeline fir delivery it turned a good experience with potiential to be great to worst. Chrysler needs to fix the tracking or dealership needs to give longer delivery times to be expected to customers which I know would lead to some loss sales but retain customers. I have a high expectation to customer service I am a former Sewell Chevrolet customer, they write books and seminars on customer service.

jarred fontenot was awesome! he was friendly and worked hard to get the deal i was happy with. harley in finance was very informative. and friendly. thomas n the service dept. was informative about the check engine light sensor.kept n touch before during and after service. jarred also checked with me during service and follow up. everyoneelse at the dealership was friendly and helpful. i would recommend salsbury to everyone.

This was one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle. The salesperson had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. The finance manager made the entire purchase very easy, he explained each section we had to sign. He also made sure we were getting the best percentage for our loan. The prep and delivery was quickl. I will have no problem recommending Salsbury Dealership to anyone. I haven’t had an occasion to visit their service department but if the service department is anything like the sales department I look forward to being a Salsbury customer. Can’t wait to see their new dealership.

I visited a different dealership prior to going to Salsbury and was very dissatisfied with their tactics. We chatted with Jarrad Fontenot online and he made the car purchasing process much more enjoyable. He was very straight forward and delivered on all of his promises. He didn't pressure me one bit. Our saleman Gus was helpful and friendly. I would choose however not to do business with the sales manager again in the future. Jerry Sperier was argumentative after not honoring the price he quoted me verbally on the phone the day prior. He stated it was my mistake, which I am sure it was not. Once he found out I would be bringing in a trade in worth approx. $2000, the sales price increased by $2000. Dishonest business practices leading to an unpleasant conversation. There are other dealerships more worthy of my future business.
