Just stopped in without an appointment and they took my Van immediately for an oil and filter change. Personnel were very friendly and the waiting accommodations were very nice. They had performed the work in about 30 minutes and the cost was in line with others. Delivered the car out front and I was off and running. Great experience and will definitely go back.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received while making my purchase at Benchmark. I was able to look around for a while and get a feel for the different models that I was interested in before I was approached by Mick Britton. I had looked at the website prior to my visit and I knew what I was interested in, but I was glad that I had time to look around on my own first. Mick was extremely polite and helpful, and he made me feel very relaxed while making my first solo purchase of a new vehicle. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel I was being influenced or pushed in any way. Mick was very kind and pleasant, and he was willing to answer all of my questions without making me feel awkward. He was very accomodating and I was pleased with the purchase that I made; I felt that I received a good and fair deal. The dealership itself was very cool, clean and spacious, and the salespeople were all polite and professional. As this was my first vehicle purchase in twenty years, I cannot stress enough the importance of how comfortable Mick made me feel while I made my decision. I am a return Jeep customer, and I am sure that I will be again in the future (perhaps it will not be quite so long next time). Thanks to Mick for his outstanding customer service, and to your dealership for providing me with a Jeep that I am thrilled to own.

The only thing I was not happy...
The only thing I was not happy about was when I purchased the car I bought the Master Mechanic oil change and tire rotation package. I was told this had expired even though I hadn’t used them all. I wouldn’t recommend nor will I purchase anything like that again. I have always brought this vehicle to your dealership for all it’s servi since I purchased the car new. Doesn’t seem to be a good way to keep customers coming back?

I was having trouble filling my vehicle with gas. The pump would cut off as if my tank was full when I would try to put in gas. Benchmark had to order a couple parts so it took about a week to complete the service, but they provided a loaner car for me to use while they were working on my car. When I walk into a dealership, I already know exactly what I want and what my financial limitations are. My salesman, Zac Musso, was very professional and polite. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making a decision nor did he try to steer me towards another vehicle. The price of my chosen vehicle was more than my budget would allow. The manager worked with me until we came to an agreed price, which was still more than my budget but I will just have to tighten that belt even more. The Grand Cherokee is the perfect car for me. As I walked around the dealership waiting for word of my credit approval, other salesmen congratulated me on my new Jeep and complemented the great car. This gave me a smile! :D It made me feel welcomed and not prey like some car salesmen do. I never felt pressured by Van Ogburn to buy additional services or warranties. He presented these to me but it was my guilt-free decision to purchase or not. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Benchmark to all who are looking for a new vehicle.

It was 4:45 PM when I remember...
It was 4:45 PM when I remembered I was supposed to get my oil changed before our road trip the following day. When I called to verify the service department hours, I was told to go ahead and bring my vehicle in. Benchmark service department took care of my vehicle maintenance in the last half hour of their day. While I realize they’re open certain hours for a reason, being there for that last minute short notice customer and making sure my vehicle is ready for a road trip is what quality service is about. Customer service at its finest and very much appreciated!!

What a breath of fresh air it is to have Mr. Chatham in your service department! I was on the fence about moving to Hendrick due to the previous issues I’d had with the other service manager. To say my previous experiences have been less than satisfactory would be mild. As long as I can deal with Nr. Chatham in the future, I will continue to use Benchmark.

Each time that I have work don...
Each time that I have work done, it is completed very well. The service advisor is very helpful also. It takes much too long to get a service appointment, however. I have been told that it would take 11 - 14 days to get my vehicle into the shop. I use this vehicle for my business and when it is not performing, time is of the essence.

Have a problem with drivers do...
Have a problem with drivers door passive door locks. After explaining problem, making an appointment and arriving at dealership. Vehicle was taken to garage and waited some two hours to then discover a part was needed for my passive front door lock. A part would be ordered and I would be contacted to come back for servicing on my passive door locks. Seems parts should have been in stock prior to appointment. Now another hour and a half drive will be needed. Two round trips, 45 miles one way. A lot of miles, time and gas, for a problem already prior diagnosed.
