The rest of paper work was made so easy that it was a pleasant endeavor. It should be this easy and pleasant to buy a vehicle everywhere. Staff was professional and caring. I was greeted me with a smile and handshake. Very pleasant. Only down side is, still cannot easily make an appointment, and when one is made, does not seem to speed the process up. I made an appointment for 7:45am, drove from Springville. Arrived on time, watched my vehicle sit for fifteen minutes, then it went in for servicing for a recall that is stated to take some 45-minutes. My vehicle was completed or returned to me a little before 10:00am. Over two hours later. Really like Benchmark and enjoy talking to your staff and their professionalism. Hate the fact that appointments are difficult and they are not honored.

I had a balancing problem that countless tire shops could not correct. The tire techs at Benchmark fixed the problem in record time and explained to me what others fail to do. We are so happy that we chose to come to this dealership and lesson well learned. If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time don't waste your time with other shops , take it to the professionals at Benchmark. The price for my issue was surprising. They are very affordable!!! I'm going there from now on and hope my experience help guide others to a stress free car repair. We are Sooooo Happy !!!!!!!

Very pleased with the knowledge, courtesy and helpfulness of my sales person, Branson. Such a respectful young man. I was tempted to go with a wrangler that was several thousand dollars less than the one I REALLY wanted. He recognized how much I really wanted the upgraded wrangler. He took it upon himself to speak with the general sales manager (who impressed me also), and they worked the best deal they could in the one I had my heart set on. I got a very fair trade in allowance , a great price on the new vehicle and exceptional financing. It was all just a pleasant experience to me after having dealt with other dealerships in my lifetime that really just wanted the sale. I can’t thank them enough and have already begun spreading the word on this dealership.

My experience at Benchmark's service department has always been good . However this is about the 5th recall for some issue with my 2014 Summit Jeep ! I know this is not Benchmark's fault . Prior to this vehicle I have had 3 BMW X5's SUV and although I like my Jeep this is getting somewhat discouraging and may make me reconsider goiing back to the X-5's and I trade about every three years . Jeep is building a great looking vehicle with great electronics and interior features but they are still having too many quality issues . Such a shame !

I would not have suspected a s...
I would not have suspected a service technician to take 2 to 3 hours to determine the problem I was having was the washer pump for delivering window wash to the windshield was the issue . I told the service advisor I had checked all the lines between the washer reservoir and the windshield nozzles and all were attached not leaking and almost certainly the problem was a defective pump . Additionally the vehicle was at the dealer for two days as they did not have a replacement pump .
