My experience at Benchmark's service department has always been good . However this is about the 5th recall for some issue with my 2014 Summit Jeep ! I know this is not Benchmark's fault . Prior to this vehicle I have had 3 BMW X5's SUV and although I like my Jeep this is getting somewhat discouraging and may make me reconsider goiing back to the X-5's and I trade about every three years . Jeep is building a great looking vehicle with great electronics and interior features but they are still having too many quality issues . Such a shame !

It was good except for dirt on my side of the floor board. I am very, very particular about all my cars and Harleys. I use to own a detail shop. To me, if a customer brings in a car that is "VERY" clean, it should be given back that way. I watched as the car jocky drove my car off to be serviced. He did not put a paper mat down to protect my carpet. I also told the service writer to please keep it clean for me as he got in my car and he laughed. To me, he should have said yes sir, will do.

A good experience overall but I was surprised that they did not clean up the vehicle after having it for more than 1/2 the day to do repairs and maintenance. When I've had other vehicles from other dealerships in the past, the dealership would always wash the vehicle upon any service trip. Benchmark should consider doing that for their customers. It is a great perk and does help to make up for the inconvenience of going all the way to the dealership and not having a vehicle for hours.

Repair was fast, waiting room was comfortable. When our vehicle, as well as several other vehicles were brought around for pickup they had the keys in the ignition. Guess a safe enough area but it took 10 minutes more for to get the paper work finished, and we had no idea the key was in the car. Only other issues was a few services we were thinking about were over priced at this dealer another gave us a lower quote, I suppose they might have price matched. Overall we like the location, the building and parking lot are nice some dealerships are overcrowded with few parking spaces available, not the case here. The staff was frequently and professional. Good marks for 90% of our interaction. Would probably use this deal again.
