Oil change took a little time ...
Oil change took a little time because they were busy, but I had no problem waiting in waiting room. Met a few nice people & had great conversation with them, especially when I found out they were from New York & Jersey where I'm from. I felt the time really went fast.

I have a 16 year old 2003 Niss...
I have a 16 year old 2003 Nissan 350Z Grand Touring Model which had long overdue deferred maintenance, especially to critical fluids and operating power belts.. Jeff Paulson directed me in what needed to get done and what could be avoided at this time. Another dealership said I needed rear brakes (pads & rotors) which was at this time unnecessary. Additionally, a 6+ year old Nissan battery was replaced since it exceeded its service life and was registering poorly on cranking amps. Overall, very pleased with the courteous, thoughtful, professional service, plus the pick-up and delivery is a real PLUS since my wife was using my other vehicle. Well done.

Josh and max and then Frank were very helpful. I just bought a car here about 7 months ago. I did not like several things about it and not felt safe in that Rogue. These guys answered everything and made me feel safe and am not very happy with my new Rogue thank you.

Arrived,about 7:15 AM for an 8:00 AM appointment, provided keys to greeter, sat in room until 9:15, received keys back and left dealership for home about 9:20. Was told oil change would cost right about $47. Asked to have tires rotated and the bill was about $64. Was told that tire rotation cost about $14.

The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I expected. The waiting area was clean and had plenty of fresh coffee. The service advisor was courteous and treated me with respect. And, I couldn't beat the price.

I dropped in for an oil change...
I dropped in for an oil change and without an appointment. Not only did I come unannounced but I came with a need to be out of there by 10:30! The gentleman who took care of me, Clay, worked a little magic and I not only got my oil changed but a needed tire rotation and out before 10:30. Kudos to all who worked that!
