Had a shedualed appointment. Arrived on time and was immediately taken care of. Told the oil change, fluids check etc would take approximately 45 minutes. Everything was completed within the suggested time. Adam Ruehman (service advisor) then took be to my vehicle and answered the few questions I had. He also installed blue ray for my phone. Within the hour I was enroute home, very satisfied. I look forward to a long relationship with Nisson of Melbourne. Richard Clark.

Service Advisor (Adam D.Ruehman SR.) was extremely helpful. Within one hour I was in and out of Nissan. It was the fastest service I have ever received. My wife's side driver seat controller broke and was replaced. I thought I may have had to come back as I did once before for the same trouble three months ago, but luckily Adam had a replacement in stock. He was very efficient and helpful.

Had an appointment for 2:15 arrived esrly and they did not wait for the scheduled hour just got with it and the service was great. They estimated it would take an hour but they didn’t. Personnel were very courteours.

I had a great experience at nissan of melbourne getting my oil changed. I even got a free car wash. Granted it was the first time it got washed in a year, since I bought my nissan sentra. However, I must say the person that took care of the paper work, was so informative. I felt very comfortable talking to him. I felt as I have known him for years. That made the experience well worth it. The service was very fast. I got to sit in a comfortable room with coffee, snacks, magazines and tv. Very clean and didn't smell like oil, as usual car shops do. I must say I love my nissan sentra. Im very lucky to have had the opportunity to by one from nissan of melbourne. I must say thank you to my boss and his wife as well, because they co signed for me. I love my little car. I have waited many years to have such a dependable car. Thank you Nissan of melbourne for giving me the opportunity to have a great car that will carry me many miles in the future. I can go any where now. That means a lot. Thank you. Philippa j. Hope

The people were very freindly ...
The people were very freindly and helped me out with my AC problem. I have a very minor leak somewhere so they put dye in it to trace the leak when it starts running poorly again, i was told to call them and make an appointment so they can pin point the problem instead of just making assumptions which I am very happy!
