How come every time I bring my car in for inspection it's not registered? How come you all can't do the maintenance and keep up with my responsibilities too? UGH? I swear this happens to me every year. But Krause always gets me back on the road right :) Thank you guys and gals, specifically Adam (who I called twice for my title # facepalm) and Sandy who had to stop working and call me about the dang registration. I was at Cracker Barrel mid second coffee! And I can't forget the party who cleared Pablo (my Prius) for another year... let's ride! Happy Easter Folks.

I got a flat tire by my own fault. Krause was able to fit me in the next day. Thankfully it was only an alignment issue, and not a suspension issue. The service team kept me updated regularly until it was ready for pickup.

The warranty repair was easy to schedule and was completed on-time. I appreciated the shuttle service when I dropped off my car since I needed to leave it for the day. Your service writers are great. My experience with them has been cordial, friendly and helpful, keeps me coming back. Kudos to the Krause team.

Since moving an hour away, I tried to use a local Toyota dealer for service. I was very disappointed in their pressure to perform services and poor customer experience. i am back at Krause, because the service team greets me by name. They do not try to sell me more service than I am looking for, and they provide me feed back on my vehicle. When I do address concerns about my vehicle, Sandy and the team talk me through my options allowing me to make the best decision.

I mentioned I was in a time crunch and they made sure to get my car in fast and completed the work quickly to get me on my way.

The Krause waiting area is the best. It's omfortable, large and offers lots of different seating areas, plus there are phone charging stations! The work was performed quickly, with great value, and the representative had me back in my highlander and off to face the remainder of the day knowing my vehicle was is great running order. Since purchasing my highlander from Krause in 2016, I’ve never serviced the vehicle anywhere but at Krause. As long as the service remains this good, I'll never go anywhere else for service. As always, my car was very well taken care of, and actually got a complementary bath. Everything was done in a timely manner…. Inspection, emissions and 120,000 mile maintenance. I can continue to drive my 2009 Yaris with confidence.

Adam was in communication and was very helpful in deciding what repairs were worth making on an old car. In the end, we ended up keeping the car on the road for now. I think we made good decisions with Adam’s very useful diagnosis and advice.

Thought had a serious problem. Noise from under car about 30 mph very noisy, and rhythmic. Thought it was brake problem. Took in without appt, and they had it serviced the same day, just a few hours later. Ended up NOT being serious, but I did not know that. Thank you.

Service department folks are nice but handcuffed by Toyota Policies. This is my first Toyota and I have been a disappointed with this $70,000 truck since I drove it off the dealership lot.. The fuel economy is a fraction of what is advertised but I always been told “it will improve”. It has not. My driver side door has an issue and has been leaking air while I drive for a few months. Unfortunately, the service department is not allowed to make any diagnosis or repairs because Toyota is waiting for some kind of recall. There’s no telling when the service bulletin will be complete so until then, I have air whistling in my ear while I drive every day. Lastly, now that I had the vehicle a year, my remote start has been disabled. When I bought the vehicle the remote start hardware feature was paid for in the purchase price. However Toyota has designed a simple feature to be a subscription only service. To expect customers to pay monthly for feature that you pay for initially is disgusting. What’s next a monthly service charge to utilize the heat and air conditioning my vehicle is equipped with? I wish I could get rid of this vehicle, unfortunately it’s not worth what I paid for it. Rest assured this will the last Toyota that I will ever own.

I would have given a 5 star review, but I was very disappointed with the person who appraised my vehicle. He was rude and accused me of not disclosing front end damage. I honestly didn't remember that a deer ran into me about two years ago. We didn't report it or have it fixed because it didn't appear to damage it. Your service department did every service on my vehicle since purchase in 2014. I'm sure it didn't affect the integrity of the car performance or they would have noticed it. He said the headlights were all scratched. Yes they were but they were eight years old. I think that can be expected. I'm a HR Manager and I would never talk to anyone like he did. I almost decided not to purchase the vehicle because of him. But then I remembered Jim and your service department and they have always been very good. I thought I had oil leak. Service Tech advise to have vehivle towed to dealership. WHich did. When dealership checked vehigle on a lift could not find andthing wrong, all fluids checked Okay. I went to Krause Toyota back in January after visiting or talking with other Toyota dealers in the area. I met with Sales Associate Chad Smith. I told him what I looking for, model, color, accessories. He said that they did not have anything like that on the lot but when I asked if it could be ordered, he said yes. Everyone else I spoke to at the other dealerships said no, that was not possible. So I ordered my car from Chad. I patiently waited 5+ months. Chad kept me appraised of its whereabouts along the way. Finally on July 11th I picked up my new Corolla Cross XLE! Am anxious to learn about all of the new gadgets and settings. Thanks for being there!!!

Krause made sure to order the part they thought I would need BEFORE my appointment, so therefore, the car was able to get fixed at the appointment instead of having a follow up. I really appreciated that because I’m leaving for vacation on Saturday and really needed the issue fixed.

arrived about 8:45 am for a 9 am appointment, friendly greeting from staff, within an hours work was completed, and was told everything was OK keep up the good work.

It's noteworthy that the dealership staff was polite, friendly, and professional, but the single item that really shocked me was the availability of the "lifetime warranty". This was especially pertinent to me as I put a TON of miles on a vehicle and the OEM 3/36 warranty would have only covered 1 year on a brand new car for me. The lifetime option was a no-brainer for me, almost regardless of the cost! AWESOME option to offer, and hopefully that option is available for a long time going forward. If so, you just earned a life-long dealer-loyal customer in a family of 3 drivers!! :-)

Had a 10 am scheduled appointment for state/emissions inspection and oil and filter change. My vehicle promptly went in for service which was completed in a timely manner. Since I had driven the vehicle less than 5K miles since my last inspection, the Service Adviser indicated that the emission inspection qualified to be performed at a lower cost.
