Usually I have a great experie...
Usually I have a great experience but this time was not as smooth as usual. I was told to come and pay and by the time I was done with that my car would be ready. I did as instructed then was left standing around at the counter while they finished my car. This was for about 10 minutes or so and then I had to come back in to get my card punched since they had my keys while I stood up there waiting for my car to sit and be dried off. I think the people at the desk were new since I had not seen them before and I would recommend better training and people skills on both. Neither were that friendly.

I was told on an oil change visit that I need $3400 of parts replaced. When I discussed about it being under warranty and brought it back, there was nothing wrong with it. It cost me new tires and lost time. Kenny worked with me but still was not a pleasant experience.

The work on my car was done sa...
The work on my car was done satisfactory. But I was frustrated on the wait time. I had been told by 3 people the car would be ready in one hour so I waited. After an hour and a half, I was told it could be another 1-2 hrs. At this time Russell was helpful and offered me a courtesy vehicle so I could leave. I was notified 45 min. later the car was ready. I feel like people that answer service questions should be knowledgeable or at least try and find the answer. Everyone there seemed scattered, even at check-out.

I had to reschedule my appoint...
I had to reschedule my appointment from 10:00 AM to 2:00 pm due to a work function that was supposed to take some time. Come to find out it only took about 20 minutes which left me with time no my hands so I asked the service department folks if they could get me in early, which they did, allowing me to get my service completed and not waste 3 hours hanging out.

I moved here from Milwaukee a...
I moved here from Milwaukee about four years ago and as I have had a Hyundai vehicle (this is my fourth) for years, I went to the Milwaukee Hyundai service station always. So, I am able to compare. This last service with Evansville, everybody was super friendly, not always the case with previous service. Milwaukee, ALWAYS friendly. I will say that at both places all my questions were answered, no problem there. In fact, I purchased a Tuscon which seems to have a lot of bells and whistles I am not familiar with so I found myself going back to the dealer in Evansville several times in the first year for the dealer to explain and/or set the various options and all were so very helpful AND patient with me, so appreciated this. Kudos for that. I was not offered nor received a complimentary car wash after servicing, I forgot to ask for one. In Milwaukee it was always offered up front, never needed to ask so I guess I got used to this service. I realize this is a small thing but, truly went a long way. ~ Thanks, Kathy

Danielle did a nice job on Aug. 8 of working my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport into the schedule on Aug. 9. On Aug. 9 she explained what the options were for one of the tires before the tires was inspected. After a tire was found to have irreparable damage, Danielle told me how a new tire could be ordered and when it might arrive. I especially appreciated how that Danielle stopped the repair of damage to the tire in one place that could be fixed before it was decided that the entire tire needed to be replaced. Danielle was professional and courteous.

Joe went above and beyond in ensuring that he went over each and every feature on our new Palisade (and there are many ). He was never overly assertive or pushy, even when we told him that we were going to look at other SUVs. We saw 4 other SUVs at two other dealerships and Joe stood out for his knowledge of the car we were looking at, his commitment to his brand of vehicles, and his general personality and friendliness. The first time I came by the lot it was raining and I ended up on a phone call right as I pulled in. Terry came out in the rain and talked to my 18 year old son. Terry treated my son with respect and like an adult. This impressed me very much. Often, young men his age are dismissed as unimportant or too young to pay attention to. I don't remember the service employee's name, but he was very helpful. I added a request to check my steering wheel and they fixed the problem at no cost also. So I had a couple of recall items and steering wheel problem fixed with no cost to me. They even washed my car for me. I was so pleased, I made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. It was a very pleasant experience.

I took my car in to have air c...
I took my car in to have air conditioning checked for freon level. They did a check and said my compressor was bad. They ordered a new compressor , it took two days for arrival. They called and said it was in the dealership and installed it that day. All work was done promptly . They said the work was covered under my warranty and was no charge to me. The service advisor that day was friendly and efficient in getting car done and paperwork finished . I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.

I bought a Santa Fe and so far I love the car, it has everything on it that I wanted. It has the ultimate tram and turbo engine. Our salesman Bryan Mann from Evansville Indiana was wonderful, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer the questions we had. I’ve only had the car for one day and so far I’m thrilled with my purchase. There is a lot to learn, so I’m sure I will be overwhelmed for a while. However I know I can go back to the dealership and talk to my sales person at any time.

I recently purchased a new 201...
I recently purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. A couple of weeks after I had it, I noticed that there was a part loose on the liftgate. Parts department ordered needed part once I made them aware of the issue. I called to inquire if I needed to schedule an appointment or if I could just come in. I was told I can come in whenever it was convenient. Yesterday I stopped in and was treated very well. It ended up I did need an official appointment (maybe to run the fix through the warranty?) . I waited about an hour until the technicians were available to fix my car. While I was not pleased with the long wait, I understand I was an add-on to the schedule. Everyone was very nice and I appreciate the service department taking care of the issue as quickly as they could.

We’ve looked for this car (color/interior color, options, awd, etc) for months after planning to buy this make and model for over a year. After having a bad experience with Terry Lee, Hyundai , we had almost thrown In the towel. Talking to Jim Schneider over the phone, we found him to be more than helpful and great to talk to. Meeting him in person he did not disappoint. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about our car. I was hesitant to drive 5 hours one way to get a car, but Jim made it such a great experience it was well worth it. I would recommend your dealership and Jim to anyone interested in a Hyundai. The service advisor, Dakota, w...
The service advisor, Dakota, was very courteous and helpful. He was willing to and did check a previous service invoice for the same problem and found that the offending part (as determined by the technician) was still under warranty. He ordered a new one, and will call me when it comes in to schedule the actual repair. The technician also checked to see why the radio was not working, discovered a blown fuse, and replaced it. There was no charge. They also prepared a list of additional potential repairs. I was very pleased with the service department.

Upon arriving for our appointment John had all the vehicles lined up and ready to test drive. He was so patient when we asked questions about each of the vehicles and did not hesitate to answer. As a result we did purchase a 2019 Santa Fe on that day. And we also want to give credit to Jordan who handled our financial closing. He also was very professional. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Evansville HYUNDAI. The last two from Don Waters, Don was not pushy, answered all by questions, is friendly and asked if there was anything I needed help with. On the day I went to test drive the new vehicle the dealership was crazy busy. Don was very attentive and never made me feel like I was a bother. I observed his interaction with his other customers and I felt he was very attentive with making you feel you were the most important person at the time. I’m sure he was stressed with all potential buyers wanting to see and talk to him. I would definitely contact Don again if I’m in the market for another vehicle.

I took my car in for service and to check a ticking sound from my engine. They ran a check for recall issues and found the ticking sound was part of a engine recall. They ordered a new engine for my car , covered by warranty and provided me with a loaner car until mine was repaired. All was done in timely manner and service was excellent. I was very please with my actu...
I was very please with my actual service done on the car. I dropped it off in the morning around 8, got a shuttle service to work. They called around 10 to tell me it was finished. I asked that the shuttle pick me back up around 2. There was no problem with that. When I went to pick up my car it was parked out on the side of the building. I went to put my coat in it before going in to pay. My car was unlocked with the key in it. I have things in my car that are of value. Plus the fact that anyone could have gotten in it and drove off. When I asked about it, no one seemed like it was a big deal. I have always gotten my key at the cashiers window when picking up my car. It really should be stressed that this is a security issue.

staff was not particularly friendly everyone went on about their own thing. Eric was very helpful from the very beginning.We had looked at a used car earlier in the morning and afterwards wanted to shop around at other dealers. Found a Buick I thought would be perfect for my wife but after all the financial mans haggling we almost flipped a coin to decide which car we were going home with. We declined and went back to look at the Ford we had seen on your lot but then we seen more cars sitting along side your front line and my wife noticed a Elantra sitting there and became interested in it. So the sales kindfly moved several automobiles out so we could drive this one and as it turned my wife was willing to buy this vehecial until we entered the lobby and seen a 2018 Elantra that was priced just a little more than the used one so we bought it.after going through all the paperwork with Eric my wife up and asks if there were any other 2018's on clearance he said yes but my wife decided to stay with the WHITE Color But NOT once did Eric get upset or even agitated he sat there and made sure my wife was going to get just what she wanted

No complaints. Service person did a great job on taking down my concerns. One thing - I'm sure it was too cold but car wasn't washed. I think they should tell me I can bring it back at another time for a free car wash. There wasn't any comments about that but again that isn't a big concern.

Couldn’t be better. The only problem that had ever been difficult for you to solve was our “Rear Door Open” indicator. However, I think you solved that problem on your second effort. You do nice work. Employees are pleasant and helpful. They even showed me the worn-out parts. Employees even replaced my key battery when I phoned at an inconvenient time for Hyundai. We took our 2013 Elantra in to have some Engine Noise checked out. The Mechanic listened to the noise and test drove the car and then decided that further investigation is needed. He suggested that the next time the car is scheduled for an oil change and service he will check the motor for metal shavings and then determine what action can be taken. Overall we were pleased with the mechanics assessment with the problem and will schedule the service in the next 3-4 weeks.

Our car salesman, Bryan Mann, was the best salesman I have ever worked with. Bryan made the dreaded buying a car process more enjoyable. I will refer my friends and family to Bryan Mann at Hyundai. Jordan Brown, the financial manager was not very friendly. He never introduced himself or never shook our hands. Jordan was very short with his words and seemed like he was trying to rush through the whole process. If Jordan Brown was the car salesman, I wouldn't have bought a car from Evansville Hyundai.

My Hyundai which I bought new ...
My Hyundai which I bought new in 2013 now has 163,000 miles on it and I am pleased to say I have never had any trouble with my car. My son just turned 16 and I am giving this car to him for his first car. I scheduled an appointment to have an inspection and all fluids changed before turning it over to him. I was a little shocked to get an estimate of over $1,655 dollars just to change all the fluids, battery and a tune up. I approved the work and it has been completed. In my opinion I thought the price was a bit high, I realize you have to make money in order to stay in business and I am not disgruntled or trying to undermine that. One thing I would recommend: Have the shop manager or tech come to the sitting area and explain what work needs to be done so they can answer any questions that the customer may have. There was a lady come out with the estimate however, for the case I listed below was having trouble explaining and answering their questions. F Y I- While sitting in your waiting area there were 2 people discussing loudly how unsatisfied they were with your service. Their comment was : Every time I bring my car in for oil change they come out with a list of things that need to be fixed. Example : Battery was changed 3 months prior and yet they were told they needed a new one. Had a list of other issues that need fixed the car but the car only has 24,000 miles on it. In their opinion the shop techs must be pressured to find something to change in order to increase their revenue.

I really like Evansville Hyundai and the folks that work there. From Joe who sold me my Genesis to Jeremey and Jacob in service, top notch folks. The only issue I have is that the front DRL and turn signal bulbs keep burning our or shorting out. I have lost count of the number of times I have visited for this issue. This is why I was in the shop today.

Friendly, not pushy. Accommodated my unscheduled request for new wiper blades and tire rotation. Dealership recommended additional services but did not push. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Best experience ive had purchasing a vehicle.. my salesman Bryan Mann was very patient and took the time to explain all the features in my new Tucson.. I would definitely come back if I ever wanted to upgrade in a few years!!!!

Had a 10:30 Saturday morning appointment for our first complimentary oil change in our new Sonata. The service writer pulled us up in the system and noticed we had a new recall, so she said they would go ahead and take care of that for us too! They had us back on the road in about one hour! Thank you Evansville Hyundai for your speedy, precise service!
