Quick great service when my car did not start. Called them and after getting a jump from our Roadside Assitance, took car in had battery replaced and a service recall done in 40 minutes. Trust them with both auto purchased there, have yet to be disappointed.

I wish you had pick up/ drop off services. I literally work 1/2 mile from the dealership at the state hospital, but I work 630am-730pm. It’s VERY hard for me to get my car to the dealer for service. If you could drop it off after service, that would be a lifesaver!

today... my experience was superb. in all ways. while it was a MINOR... factory required small fix... everything... from A to Z... was professional, friendly. I have been in the business world... much of my life. Including marketing and all that includes. I can think... of nothing... that was not great. I love the screen... showing the status of my car and how the work is progressing. I love the technician explaining the work and how the car was given a thoughtful once over, since my expertise is NOT in car mechanics. waiting room is friendly, comfortable.. with free snacks, coffee and water. After the paperwork was signed I thought I would get the keys and exit the premises but to my surprise Dylan came out to my new car and went over all the interior electronics and other operations of the car. I went in to have a recall fixed, got right in on my scheduled time, was in the lounge and they told me there was another recall that just came up, would I like to get it fixed too? Came in for an oil change and concerned my alignment was out so they checked it. The tech stayed longer to make sure my vehicle was fixed. I was very impressed that they were willing to make sure I was happy before they left for the evening. I will definitely keep bringing my vehicle to them even though I live an hour away. They took the time to explain on what they recommend on how often oil changes need to be done and was very appreciative for that since this is the first Hybrid I have owned. I will definitely recommend the service dept and to also purchase a vehicle thru this location.

I had a master warning ?? ligh...
I had a master warning ?? light on for over 2 weeks that seemed to be connected to low tire pressure & although I followed the owners manual instructions & the advice I received when I called the service department it would not resolve the issue. Everything went very smoothly and the manager that took care of my service was informative and helpful. I always have a very good experience at your service department. The only other comment I have to make is about the waiting room and I feel a little guilty about it, but I always need to wait since I have no other transportation. When it's a repair that takes a little longer I often try to do some work and it would be really helpful to have a small table (regular height not bar height) and a couple of chairs. It's not a game changer, just a suggestion. Thanks

Everything was fine, the shuttle took an hour but that didn’t really bother me too much. The only complaint I really have is my car is making a noise it didn’t make when I brought it in. So that’s alarming but aside from that okay since they were just fixing things in the recall

Although I don’t agree with being forced to buy accessories we didn’t want like side steps and xzilon, especially the xzilon we were happy as usual with kevin and the finance department. Originally I was told by the sales manager the items absolutely have to be added because other dealerships up charge for the vehicle. I was told my money wasn’t good enough to buy the first one we looked at because the next customer would be happy to pay the extra 4k on products they don’t want. Kevin was great and is the reason why we come back.

This was a safety recall servi...
This was a safety recall service on the ABS on our Tucson. I originally called 11/13/20 about setting us an appointment. I was told the parts were on order and they would let me know when available. I called again 2/25/21 and was told again they would call me when available. After hearing nothing, I finally called again on 10/4 or 5/21 and was told they had the part and we could make an appointment for 10/7/21 so we did that. I asked at that time if Evansville Hyundai would have ever called me if I hadn’t. I feel I was given the runaround with the answer I received. I totally believe that had I not called to check on this that I would NOT have received a call from Evansville Hyundai. Because of this I don’t really have too much faith in E. H. service. Our 10/7/21 appointment was efficient and quick but your personnel didn’t exactly give me a very “warm and fuzzy” feeling. Because of ALL this, I’m pretty neutral on E.H. Service dept.

I have a 2017 Tucson that I bought new from Joe at Duell's Hyundai . I had been notified of a recall. I had scheduled an appointment but had to cancel. I live 50 miles from the dealership. I unexpectedly was in Evansville and stopped by to schedule another appointment. They said that they would work me in right away to save me making another trip. . While I was waiting I talked to Joe about the possibility of getting a new Hyundai. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Adam Keister is fantastic. I drove from Memphis to VISIT and SURVEY the dealership to see if it were like all the others. Short answer . . . NO! I was not ambushed as if I were prey for vulchers. The location is well kept and inside is clean, bright and spacious. Adam is Very knowledgeable without being pushy. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, provided options and did a great job at delivering what I wanted. Adam is very transparent about the entire process from start to finish and kept me up-to-date at every step. Very detail oriented - explaining, pausing and repeating several times never once making me feel as if I were being talked down to or tricked. Will definitely buy again and will recommend to my friends to put this dealership on their radar.

The paint was coming off the h...
The paint was coming off the hood and trunk of 2017 sonata. The guys in the service dept got ahold of the factory and got the problem taken care of. I new the warranty was expired. But as usual hyundai stepped and took care of it. I guess this is why this is the 5th vehicle we purchased from them.

the salesmen was friendly and new the products. ask us what we were looking for and then showed us two with a couple more if needed. the first one we looked at was the one we selected. this is our sixth Hyundai that we bought. again we were not pressured to buy and that was important to us as we were able to get what we wanted. we will send or family and friends to see Adam Keister at the dealership.

We came in to look at a used M...
We came in to look at a used Mercedes SUV. After not liking this car at all, the salesman asked us to look at a brand new 2022 Tucson. We fell in love with the Tuscon and it sold itself. Thank goodness because our salesman was very senile. He attempted to get back in the Tuscon after locking it but was attempting to enter the wrong car and was getting upset because it wouldn't open. We asked him to get us numbers through Hyundai for 72 months at 2.9 and he called back 5 minutes later stating he had an instant approval for us at 1.9 for 60. How could he forget to tell finance 72 months within a minute of hanging up the phone with me. The last straw was when he asked me why the heck I wanted to title the car in Indiana. I simply stated to him because I have lived here my whole life. Thank goodness for the rest of the crew who took great care of me when I asked to longer have any contact with the initial salesman. Also, thank you so much to Travis for going over all the awesome features our Tucson Limited is equipped with. He is a VERY knowledgeable young man. And Brian in finance made the paperwork a breeze! Hated to ding the experience down to 3 stars but something needs done about the confused and senile salesman.

This is our second purchase at your dealership. The reason we came back was because of the great service from our salesman,Adam, and the ease of purchasing from your dealership. This deal was made and completed in 3 hours. We live in Illinois, so we didn’t want to drive over until we were sure of the exact numbers and of course everything being approved ! It was so easy! Done and approved in less than 3 hours! And when we got there all the paperwork was ready to sign and our new vehicle was full of gas and ready to go! So EASY! In and out in no time! Service manager told me of the possible causes for my problem. They ran diagnostics & he said if the light came back on just to bring my car back & they’d recalibrate the tire(s). He then gave me a courtesy car wash….which was needed. :) Thank you all.

I am very impressed with the service and overall service staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. I also observed how the other customers were treated. In particular, where an elderly couple who were traveling had a major repair issue, the staff service person was so engaged in making the best of the situation for them which was comforting to see. I would want myself or my parents handled in the same manner. Love my Palisades!

I drove 145 miles to the Evansville Hyundai dealership because they seemed to have a much better selection than most. I had also looked them up for reviews and saw lots of positive comments. I knew I was taking a chance driving that far to look at a car but it was well worth it. The dealership even had more cars than I anticipated. Terry Kelly was my salesman and I could not have ask for a better experience working with him. David Sharp the finance director was also great to work with. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience with a dealership. Thanks to all for making this a pleasant purchase. I’d also like to say thanks to the young lady that cleaned the car up for me even though it was a wet and nasty day. The car did actually still pretty clean for the long drive home. I can not say enough good things about Evansville Hyundai! Our salesman was Randy. He is, by far, the best of the best. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and assisted me every step of the way. This was the first time that I enjoyed the whole buying experience. There was no stress, everything was handled in a timely manner and I was confident that I made the right choice with my purchase.

My car is broken in more than one way and they couldn't fix it today with parts being on backorder but they charged the AC for free. My AC hasn't hardly worked since I bought the darn thing, but at least they were nice enough to give me some cool air to get me by for a little bit! Thanks guys! Your the best. :)

Vehicle needed a combination of a repair/replacement of safety equipment, as well as some warranty work involving the catalytic converter, and a campaign program review and check on my vehicle. My routine is usually to wait at the dealer while the work is performed for oil changes, tire rotations/replacement, etc, but since this was more involved, I used the courtesy shuttle. The driver Cookie was a delight and a very good professional extension of the family atmosphere the Duell's exude for their auto dealerships. I continued a fairly normal workday, not missing a beat without my wheels, and was promptly picked up and brought back to my car--which by the way, is now performing as well as when I purchased it 4 years ago.

I ended up working with Travis who was very personable and worked with me for a few hours. He helped me find a car that fit my needs and took the time to walk me through all the things I needed to know about my new car. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend visiting Evansville Hyundai if you are thinking about purchasing a new/used car.

I've been searching for a new vehicle for about 4 months. I wasn't sure what I wanted so going to dealerships left me feeling nervous, pressured and more confused. Most of the time I would leave the business just because I felt the salesmen were too pushy. On 4/14 I visited dealerships in Henderson, Owensboro, and 2 in Evansville. Feeling defeated, I thought I'm going to try 1 more for the day and pulled into Evansville Hyundai. Josh Parrish came walking up to my car and I thought 'here we go again!'. From the time I stepped out of my car until 2 hours later when I left, I never once felt pressured or anxious. He was so friendly and personable that I instantly felt comfortable. He helped me determine which vehicle best fit my wants, needs & price range. He never got pushy when I told him I needed a couple days to process all the information before I made a decision. If it weren't for Josh, I'd still be searching. He was fantastic. If any of my friends or family are looking to buy a vehicle, I'll give them his name and number!

My Husband took the car in to have the air conditioner looked at. They could find nothing wrong with it except that it was low on Freon. The Service dept. charged the A/C without any cost to us. Then upon request they changed the oil and washed the car. the car looks great. Thank You.

I had a great experience from the beginning until the end of purchasing. The salesperson was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He made the process easy, worry free, and I will highly recommend the dealership! Also will give him recommendation as well. The process of buying/signing was great. He was very nice, explained things well, answered all our questions with no hesitation. All and all it was a great experience and I will come back and recommend Evansville Hyundai to family and friends!!!

Everything went more smoothly than our previous vehicle purchases at other brands. Carlos Recinos was very helpful from start to finish without being pushy. He let us decide what we wanted instead of trying to decide for us, which is appreciated by us, because we already know pretty well what we want by the time we make it to the dealership. While we were waiting for him to help another customer, a couple of other people made sure that we were being taken care of by someone, which was thoughtful. And the credit guy didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, which was a nice change from our previous experiences at another brand's dealership. Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience.

My commute to work is over 100 miles each day, so I get in here for regularly scheduled service quite often. It is consistently an easy and comfortable experience from pulling into the bay to departing when the work is complete. I didn’t give my coupon for 34.95 oil change till end of job.. come to find out it could have cost me 75 dollars and change.. holy crap that’s a big difference.. how can u explain the difference?

They did a good job. I went for an oil change. They did the job and told me that the next thing on the list was to rotate the tires. It was all free due to the deal when we bought the car. Saved me another trip to the dealer. I really appreciated that. The wait was very reasonable.
